I’ve had an interesting (it can be) career as an accountant, and I currently operate a Sydney based Bookkeeping Services firm. I intend to post regular and insightful information based on my experiences in business and the bookkeeping industry.
This blog will cover a range of topics relevant to Australian small-medium businesses including the economy, employment, managing cash flow, technology, and naturally some general bookkeeping discussion. I believe the current economic climate is particularly topical.
Bookkeepers working as independent contractors may also find this blog informative. I intend to cover issues affecting the bookkeeping industry including the draft BAS Agent legislation.
